Reliable Shipping via Australia Post 📮

We ship exclusively with Australia Post, with tracking included on every order. You can follow your parcel from dispatch through to delivery using the Australia Post tracking website.

Shipping Rates 📦

Flat rate: $9.99

Orders $99 and over: FREE Shipping

Express Post: From $16.50, calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

Dispatch & Delivery 🚛

Processing: We aim to hand-pack and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days.

Delivery: Australia Post delivery generally takes around 3–10 business days, depending on your location.

Rural & Regional: If you live a little further out, please allow a few extra days for delivery.

Safe Delivery & Summer Heat ☀️

Authority to Leave: Orders are generally sent with Authority to Leave, so if you aren't home, your parcel may be left in a safe location.

Have a preferred spot? Add it to the Order Notes at checkout and we'll include the instruction where possible.

Warm Weather: Candle wax can soften in high temperatures, so we recommend bringing your parcel inside as soon as possible and keeping it out of direct sunlight or hot areas.

Missing Parcels & Damages 🔎

Missing Parcels: If your parcel is marked as delivered but you can't find it, get in touch and we'll help you check the tracking and work out the next step.

Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, email info@harlequincandles.com within 7 days with a photo and we'll help arrange a replacement.

Change of Mind: As a small business, we do not offer returns for change of mind.
